As a HR Advisor you will play a key part in supporting our team members and managers on employee relations matters, all while ensuring compliance with current legislation and company policy. If you're ready to make a real impact and foster a positive work environment then we want to hear from you

This role is a hybrid position, with a mix of remote working, and office-based days (2 or 3 days a week) from our head office in Hull.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing first front line support and advice to colleagues and line managers in all aspects or ER and contractual queries and challenges
- Continually reviewing process and procedure efficiencies within the department and make recommendations for improvement
- Delivering excellent customer service by dealing with all enquiries timely, accurately and in a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional manner
- Communicating effectively with all key stakeholders
- Obtaining and maintaining a sound working knowledge of the systems, policies and procedures in HR
- Maintaining a great working relationship with the HRBP team ensuring consistent advice and ways or working are adhered to at all times
- Being an expert on all modules of the My Arco system and if required make recommendations for any improvements and support Line Managers and colleagues with queries and provide the HR Department with administrative support
- Ensuring that all personnel files are accurately maintained in a timely manner
- Maintaining all management information and provide accurate routine and ad hoc reports, analysis and recommendations to the team

The ideal HR Advisor will be/have:

- In depth knowledge of IT (Excel / PowerPoint / Word)
- In depth knowledge of Arco HR generalist day to day routines
- Working knowledge of Arco HR Policies and adherence to current legislation
- Experience of providing HR advice and correspondence
- Experience of working in a confidential environment and providing advice to colleagues and Line Managers
- Highly focused on customer service with demonstrable understanding of excellent service delivery
- CIPD level 5 or equivalent (Desirable)
