Overview:
Due to continued growth within our business, we are looking for a permanent member of staff to join our mobile field team based in London and surrounding areas.

We are one of the UK’s Leading Technical Cleaning companies with over 35 years’ experience. Over our history we have worked for many leading names within UK businesses, managing key relationships ensuring the longevity of our services.

The role:
This position enables you to be working at different client offices and locations in and around London on a daily basis undertaking the cleaning of the IT Equipment on desks, such as keyboards, screens, mice, phones, printers etc to make them hygienic for the staff to use, maintaining Data Centres so that they run efficiently keeping them dust free and also maintaining parcel lockers at various different locations. You could have a very varied week, not one day is the same

Starting salary is £25,000.

The role requirements

Due to the services that we provide, we are looking for the methodical individual to join our team, full training of the services being delivered will be provided. Due to the nature of this position, the level of variety that is available can be exciting, due to some of the buildings and places which you will be tasked with visiting.

Duties for this role would include but be not limited to
- IT Equipment Cleaning
- Comms Room Surface Cleaning
- Site Report completion
- On Site Customer service
- Maintenance of parcel lockers

Due to the nature of some of our clients a full DBS check will be carried out prior to your employment commencing, as well as more in depth Government Security Clearance which will commence upon the completion of your 3 month probation meeting. This second clearance must be secured in order for your position to be secured within the business

All relevant training will be provided, along with the below being provided:

- A full Uniform
- Company ID
- Equipment required for the completion of your role
- Mobile Phone
- Company Tablet
- Potentially a company van depending upon location of work commitments

Work will be scheduled by the Service Department, this will be delivered to your tablet on a daily basis, full training of how the system is to be used. Ultimately, you will be primarily working as a sole technician but from time-to-time meeting with other members of the field team, if the work requires this.
- Previous experience in technical cleaning is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
- Someone who truly would like to help the company grow and provide excellent face to face customer service to all our clients.
- Full Driving License with mess than 3 points
- Full 5 year residency history in the UK
- Full 5 year employment history in the UK
- Good communication skills as this role is customer facing
