Lettings Coordinator

**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive person to join our lettings team based in our Shrewsbury office. Working within an experienced team to continue to provide excellent service to our landlords and tenants.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain good relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering exceptional customer service throughout the sales and lettings process.
- Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants, ensuring all parties are satisfied with the terms.
- Prepare and manage property listings on various platforms, ensuring accuracy and appeal.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market trends and regulations.
- Handle administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, processing paperwork, and maintaining client records.
- Referencing and checking of clients.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve lettings targets and improve overall performance.
- Liaising with tenants, landlord and contractors to organise maintenance.
- Collecting rent, dealing with late rent payments.
- Prospecting for New Landlords to help grow the business.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and best practices within the lettings sector.
- Handle tenant enquiries, complaints, and disputes in a professional manner.
- Prepare marketing materials for available properties
**Skills**
- Proven experience in lettings negotiation is preferred but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients professionally.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn about the property market.
**Working Hours**
- Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
- One in four Saturdays 9am - 2pm
**Commissions and Bonus**
- Annual bonus will be paid on hitting targets
