Bonus:
Everyone at Taylors is rewarded when their shop does well. We pay an additional top up to your hourly rate for all hours worked during months when your shops hits budget.

Full Time 30-40h per week, 5 out of 7 days

We are looking for fun, friendly and ambitions people to join our growing teams across Oxford.

Previous experience within a catering environment or barista role is particularly desired however full training will be provided. More importantly you will have a ‘can-do’ attitude, enjoy working in a busy environment, learning from others within a team, have a real eye for excellent quality food, coffee and friendly service.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow with us who is passionate about great food, excellent coffee and who loves spending time with people.
