**About Us**
The Postgraduate Research Office (PGRO) is responsible for overview and coordination of postgraduate research student activity across the University, with a particular focus on policy and practice and supporting the University's funded Doctoral Training Programmes (DTPs) and Centres for Doctoral Training (CDTs).
**The Role**
We are looking for an experienced and passionate administrator with a collaborative approach, excellent communication skills and experience in complex data analysis.
The role holder will work closely with Programme Directors and Managers in embedding widening participation into our programmes and supporting bids for continued funding. The role holder will be responsible for analysing data and reporting on trends in applicant and student numbers and will be the primary source of advice on funder requirements relating to widening participation.
**About You**
- experience in complex data analysis and reporting
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- the skills to negotiate, persuade and compromise with a flexible approach to problem solving
- knowledge and understanding of the widening participation at postgraduate student level
- qualifications to at least first-degree level or significant relevant work experience
