We are looking for a hard-working, organised individual who displays a positive attitude towards work.
Your role will be to provide a comprehensive administrative support to the Heart & Chest Clinic where key responsibilities will include supporting front reception duties, call centre and a range of administrative duties.
Your job as a receptionist will involve working on frontline support for the Heart & Chest Clinic. You will be required to provide a professional, confidential and efficient reception and follow-up service to patients attending the department, as well as deliver clerical support within the department.
You will need to have experience dealing with the public over the phone and face-to-face in a professional manner and be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills. It is also essential that you are able to work well within a team and preferably have experience of working within the NHS.
