Working across a mixture of practice-based, optical partner stores, and home visit settings, our client is looking for an Audiologist with strong commercial acumen to support the continued growth of the business. Someone that is adaptable, with good technical knowledge will be positioned very well within the business.

With an additional offering of a renowned induction and training program, this opportunity is open to both experienced Audiologists and graduates alike.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver hearing care solutions in a bespoke, patient focused manner
- Balance both customer service, patient care, and commercial responsibilities
- Ethical approach to hearing aid sales
- Be adaptable to the changing market
- Strong technical knowledge

**About You**:

- Qualified Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser
- HCPC Registered (eligible or in process also considered)
- Committed to putting patients first
- People focused, and able to build relationships quickly
- Some previous commercial experience (desirable)
