BRITA UK has been successfully growing its presence in the Water Filtration and Optimum Water Dispenser market for many years. We are now recruiting for a talented individual to join our Service Delivery Team, as our new Customer Services Coordinator. **About You** We seek someone who is a solutions orientated, customer centric individual, with at least 2yrs experience in a Customer Services, office based role Reporting to the Service Delivery Team Leader, this is a busy role, requiring someone who is able to work in a fast paced team, overseeing multiple projects at any one time. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will work towards putting customers and their requirements first to ensure their contractual obligations are met together with providing a 5-star quality service. Whilst maintaining a good level of knowledge on BRITAProducts and service delivery. This will include, taking incoming calls and liaising with customers and the relevant internal teams. Logging all job information into our bespoke database system, and completing all relevant admin documentation as required, whilst working to defined businesstargets and department KPIs. Having the confidence to communicate face to face, over the phone and over video call is essential to this role, as is the fact you are highly organised, proactive and possess a positive, "can-do" attitude This is a full time permanent posittion located at our Uxbridge HQ About us.
