A long standing, fast growing multi-media company is looking for a talented Management Accountant to come and be a part of their team in Wolverhampton. This role is key within the team and will be managing the finance functions for 2 divisions within thebusiness. They are looking for someone who has experience in retail in order to implement the stock management system effectively. Although this is preferred it is not an essential.

In an ever-changing environment you will be given the opportunity to work on various projects autonomously and given ownership of your work load. Alongside carrying out your month end management accounts responsibilities you will gain exposure and be involvedin integration projects, process improvement and will need to be a strong self-starter capable of managing numerous operations and liaising with stakeholders both inside and outside the business.

Ideally, you will:

- Possess knowledge of working in accounting within the retail sector would be beneficial but not essential, in order to identify, communicate and produce process improvements throughout ongoing projects.
- Be a finalist in ACCA or CIMA, with the drive to complete and grow your career.
- Be confident in working independently and communicating with the wider business, building those strong longstanding relationships.
- Be proactive in approaching stakeholders to obtain information in order to perform the roles objectives.
