**Hours**:9:00am to 5.30pm (5 days a week over 6 on a rota basis)

Our successful Franchise in Colchester is looking for an additional member of staff to make deliveries and support the store when required. Drawing on your previous experience you will deliver outstanding customer service to our customers in store, whilst maintaining our service standards when delivering goods to our customers’ homes. Due to the nature of the business there will be some heavy lifting involved.

**What will your responsibilities be?**
- Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service both in-store and whilst on deliveries
- Assisting with sales in store
- Assisting with the unloading of deliveries and displays of stock
- Operating the till, accepting payments of cash, credit and debit card
- Processing relevant paperwork

**What do we require from you?**
- You will have experience of driving/ deliveries
- Previous involvement in offering an exceptional customer experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Some experience of teamwork as you will be a key team member supporting the store manager and the rest of the Colchester team
- A really positive, can-do attitude and the enthusiasm to pitch in and help out wherever you're needed

A full driving licence is essential for this role as a van will be provided along with a mobile phone, tablet and all the tools you need to carry out the job.
