Facilities Coordinator

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Supervise and manage shopping mall operations includes property management, customer service, contract services such as Facility management, cleaning, security, maintenance, etc.
- To communicate and engage with customers, colleagues, and partners to identify needs and provide resolutions appropriately, professionally, and proactively.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy, quality, and compliance in line with task requirements.
- Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and managing the outcome appropriately.
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the shopping mall, facilitating good environment for retailer’s business activity and pleasant shopping environment for customers.
- To take responsibility for answering and investigating complaints or incidents by completing the necessary documentation including the implementation of any action plans.
- Carry out and support first line investigations into building faults and isolate and make safe where necessary with subsequent referral to relevant engineer or specialist contractor.
- Providing general administrative support for the site including:
*Fielding telephone messages and enquiries to the Operations area.
*Assisting team members with any queries.
*Support and coordinate site visits.
*Maintenance of management system e.g., document library *Supporting Site Management with miscellaneous administration *Co-ordinate arrangements for meetings and events.
*And any other task assigned.
**Skills / Qualifications/Experience**:
- Attention to detail essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to use a full suite of MS Office products, Word, Excel, Outlook, TEAMS, WhatsApp.
- Experience in facilities/building management extremely beneficial
Salary Negotiable - Circa £30,000pa
Permanent position
28 days holiday including bank holidays
