37.5 hours per week

Head of Group Holiday Sales

**Hourly Rate of Pay**

Depending on experience

**Role Description**:
As a Holidays Sales Advisor at Harrison Leisure UK Limited, you will be responsible for delivering a friendly, efficient service, in order to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all our guests, with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers.

**Duties will include**:

- Maximise sales by advising guests about add on purchases
- Handling post booking and pre-arrival travel enquires, achieving sales targets and converting enquiries to sales
- To deliver excellent customer service at all times.
- Assist guests in finding the holiday break for them across multiple accommodation types on different parks.
- Ensure all information on the Company’s booking system is accurate and updated with regard to: check in and check out information, guest requests
- Manage listings on alternative booking platforms
- Send communications to guests using Company’s booking system
- Work within the team environment to meet sales targets

**Skills Required**:

- Previous sales / customer service experience required
- A drive to achieve targets
- An ability to build a rapport with customers
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent organisational skills, with an attention to detail
- A professional manner when dealing with customers and colleagues alike.
- Ability to work under pressure, in a calm and efficient manner to set deadlines

**Salary**: From £20,000.00 per year
