**Job Description**:
As a Finance Professional with our Dental Practice, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial operations of our practice. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Financial Management:

- Oversee day-to-day financial activities, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and payroll.
- Prepare and analyse financial reports, statements, and budgets to provide accurate financial insights.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and revenue to ensure the financial stability of the practice.
- Collaborate with external accountants and auditors for financial audits and compliance.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support effective financial planning.
- Monitor and analyse key financial metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide recommendations for cost-saving initiatives and revenue optimization strategies.

Compliance and Regulations:

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- Manage tax reporting and filing, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
- Stay updated with relevant financial regulations and implement necessary changes.

Financial Analysis and Decision Support:

- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with practice management and stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and assess financial risks.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous experience in finance, accounting, or a related field is required.
- Strong financial acumen and knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the dental industry and healthcare finance is a plus.
