Cafe Assistant

We currently have a fantastic seasonal opportunity for a café assistant to join our team within our café at Azure Charitable Enterprises Garden Centre in Cramlington.

This role is part time and currently Saturdays and Sundays to the end of December. You will assist the managers in the day to day service delivery of the cafe.

Working hours are Saturday and Sunday, 15 hours per week over the weekend. Start and finish times may vary depending on business levels but shifts will be between 7.30am - 5.00pm.

Ideally, you will have experience in food service and customer service as you will be required to prepare/serve hot and cold food and drinks, being responsible for taking payment and general cleaning duties.

**Job duties**:Perform a variety of tasks associated with food production, front and back of house services including food preparation, customer service, replenishing fridges and displays, use of a traditional barista style coffee machine, till operation, cleaning, health & safety, food hygiene and other general duties associated with working in a catering environment.
