**Investment Operations/Platform Administrator** **Basic salary up to £27,000 (DOE)** **Highly competitive benefits package** **Hybrid working partly from our central Glasgow office and partly from home** **We are Succession Wealth**, from “start-up” in 2009, we are now one of the leading independent financial planning and wealth management business’ in the UK and part of the Aviva Group. We have over 600 employees and 170 Wealth Planners who provide wealth management and financial planning services to individuals and corporate clients across the UK via our network of offices. As **Investment Operations Administrator, **you will utilise your excellent organisational and administrative skills to enable our Planners to maintain a portfolio of high net worth clients. Process orientated and with a keen eye for detail to ensure that client information is always accurate and that the business is well supported in delivering an outstanding service to its customers. This role is a 12 month maternity cover contract, however as a fast growing business there is high potential for a permanent role. **Key aspects of the role will include**: - Maintaining trading workflow by carrying out trades on clients’ accounts in line with Succession Wealth’s procedures & Service Level Agreements. - Obtaining and maintaining competence in all primary Investment Trading Platforms, including IFDL, 7IM, Transact and Abrdn. - Managing your diary and trades workflow effectively to ensure time sensitive objectives are met. - Maintaining the integrity of Trades processes and systems - identifying and escalating risks as appropriate. - Carrying out quality control review processes, enhance existing processes and continuous improvement. **You** We are looking for a highly organised and detail orientated individual with a good level of knowledge of Investment platforms. **You will also need**: - Knowledge of the UK Financial services regulatory system in general, particularly those aspects relevant to a wealth management advisory business. - Working knowledge of investment platforms and transaction processes. - Highly numerate - Knowledge of Quality Assurance and Control practices - Strong IT skills in Word and Excel and experience of IRESS software would be highly beneficial - Ability to self-manage and work under own initiative and well as part of a team. - Excellent oral/written communication skills, relationship management, time management, analytical, project management and planning skills **What you can expect from us** - **Excellent benefits** including 25 days annual leave increasing with service, flexible and agile working opportunities to allow for a great work/life balance, Company Maternity and Paternity Pay, a Group Pension scheme, Cycle2Work Scheme, Employee Assistance Programme, Death in Service, Corporate Gym Discounts as well as recognition and reward programmes. - **Career progression** - as a growing business we have amazing opportunities for career progression, and we’ll give you all the support you need to reach your career goals including sponsorship for relevant exams and study leave.
