**Working Hours / Pay**:

- Monday to Friday
- 7.30am - 5.00pm (2.30pm finish on Fridays)
- £ 20,000 - £21,000 basic salary plus attractive commission structure

**Job Description - Vending Machine / Customer Support Operative**:
As Vending Machine / Customer Support Operative, you will take on a truly 360 degree role in engineering consumables business.
- Warehouse operations - getting to know the stock, picking and preparing orders,
- Administrative tasks - updating computer systems, preparing sales orders etc.
- Customer support - taking inbound enquiry calls, visiting clients getting to know their needs and replenishing vending machines, upselling and cross-selling where possible

- Have understanding of industrial / engineering tooling and consumables, or capable of learning about these on the job
- Have previous experience in customer service and vending machine operation (advantageous).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
