**As an Enforcement Support Officer in our Protection department you will**:
- Support the Enforcement Manager in the administration and case preparation for prosecution activities and distribution
- Responsible for production of evidence such as master imagery, documentation, the processing of the evidence and maintenance equipment
- Act as Disclose Officer observing used and unused evidence to assess cases and make declaration for full disclosure
**What makes you our ideal **Enforcement Support Officer?**
- You hold either/or both a level 4 Diploma (or equivalent) in Fire Safety having followed the CFOA competency framework or the Advanced Professional Certificate in Legal Skills in Investigation (APCIL) and be willing to achieve the other within the set timeframe
- You either have previous experience within a technical fire safety role, working with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order (2005) or experience of working in a level field including managing evidence and interpreting legislation, carrying out/constructing up interviews (PACE) or a combination of both
- Hold the Disclosure Officer qualification or be willing to achieve this within 12 months
- Expert knowledge within embedding practices to deliver and strengthen organisational improvement increasing efficiencies and effectiveness

**Other Information**:
- You must have a full current driving licence. Use of your own vehicle will be required, however a Service vehicle may be available.
- The role has an occasional travel requirement across the Service Area to support the Protection Department.
- The role involves some evening and weekend working.
