**Cotteswold Dairy** are looking for an experienced **Management Assistant** to join their team based in **Tewkesbury.** You will be working on a **full-time, permanent** **basis** and in return, you will receive a **competitive salary of £22,700 per annum**.**

**Working Hours**: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday

**The Management Assistant role**:
Cotteswold Dairy, a long standing family business with over 80 years’ successful history, is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our Tewkesbury Office. The successful applicant will actively participate in achieving departmental and Company goals and objectives as well as being keen to develop within their role

**Responsibilities as our Management Assistant**:

- Assisting the Leadership team by preparing papers for meetings, coordinating action points and writing minutes
- Planning, organising and managing events, travel itineraries and supporting with special projects
- Preparing correspondence, reports and drafting communications on behalf of the Senior Management and the Account Executives
- Technical ability to learn the new sales system (Roundsman)
- Microsoft Office skills - advanced level skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word

You will enjoy building rapport with employees and customers, have a keen eye for detail, with the ability to work with a high level of accuracy in a fast paced environment
