**Revenue Operations Manager WFH with Occasional on-site Meetings**
An exciting opportunity for a Revenue Operations Manager to join a growing SaaS business that has recently been acquired by a significant technology company. With clients all over the world this is a company that is continually growing and looking for talentedindividuals to join their organisation.
Reporting to the VP of revenue, the focus of this role is to partner with key leaders across the business to build an effective Revenue Operations function and ensure the company continues to scale efficiently and effectively.
Through a combination of various strategies, this role will work closely with their Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams to achieve revenue growth objectives.
Success in the role requires a highly analytical individual with a problem-solving mindset, someone who has strong attention to detail and who thrives in ambiguity.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain revenue-based reporting and analytics to enable the business and help validate our strategy
- Manage strategic projects with the VP of Revenue Operations and leadership team to create efficiencies that improve our path to revenue growth
- Be the owner and expert of our Revenue systems, with an emphasis on CRM (Salesforce) functionality
- Drive CRM data accuracy and produce accurate forecasts so teams can easily understand business health and achieve targets
**Skills and Experiences**
- You have experience in a Revenue leadership role within a SaaS organisation in which you played a key role in planning and reporting, developing quotas, analysis, and forecasting
- You have a strong end-to-end understanding of the customer lifecycle from first touchpoint to closed deals, retention and upsell
- You are a SME on Salesforce and Core, are comfortable with technical tools (SQL, Tableau, Spreadsheets, Google Analytics) and have experience in the creation of dashboards using industry standard tools and techniques
