**About The Role**

We are currently recruiting **SUPPORT WORKERS** to work with a young girl who has Cerebral Palsy and complex needs, living with her family in Wigston. You will be working with our client on a 2:1 basis during the day and 1:1 during waking nights to ensure her complex care and welfare needs are met.

**Hours of Work**

Shifts may include:
07.00 - 15.00

12.00 - 20.00

20.30 - 06.30

**Up to 30 hours available per week**

**About You**

Required
- Experience of working in a support role
- Friendly, approachable and confident
- Experience and ability to understand and deal with complex needs
- Flexible in approach to meet the needs of the client
- Full driving licence
- Non smoker

Desirable
- Experience working with complex care needs and children
- Registered on the DBS update service

**The Benefits**
