Optical Experience is essential for this role:
Some of the key tasks include:

- Working alongside the wider team in day to day running of clinics
- Maintain delivery of excellent customer service at all times, playing a valuable part of a customer journey & successful retail team.
- Answering all telephone calls in a prompt, clear and friendly manner
- Ensuring customer details are captured accurately when booking appointments and 0 per annum, depending upon experience
- Responding to customer enquiries

- Ensuring administrative tasks are followed through accurately.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £17,500.00-£23,000.00 per year
