Data & Integration Platform Team Leader

As the Data and Integration Lead, you will lead a multi skilled team of data and integration engineers, testers and support staff. The team are responsible for the data and integration platform's technical delivery, maintaining current operational feeds and providing new integrations and data to our customers, in line with our strategy and values. Working with new technology platforms such as Microsoft AIS/ADF and Snowflake you will help shape the future delivery of data and integration working closely with our business stakeholders.

What it's like to work here:Our IT Data and Integration team is responsible for centrally managing the integration and provision of data across the National Trust's IT landscape using modern tools to deliver data to where it is needed, making sure it is done securely, efficiently, and strategically. What you'll be doing:As the Data and Integration Lead you will line manage the team, mentoring and supporting as required. You will work closely with the Head of IT Delivery, being responsible for the Data and Integration Service, managing the work pipeline, prioritisation and communications to your team and your customers. You will monitor capacity and help develop how we meet future demand, playing a pivotal role in developing a model that allows us to expand and contract to meet the business needs.

You will form part of the IT Extended Leadership Team, working collaboratively with other leaders from across the department, as well as being a key stakeholder within the IT Data Community.

- Who we're looking forExcellent leadership and communication skills
- Technical experience in a data driven solutions model
- Data transformation experience (source to reporting tool)
- Broad experience of Data Integration and/or Data Operational Management
- Background in Technical Development
- Ability to manage priorities and support the team
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation and influencing skills
- Extensive experience of managing expectations and engagement with stakeholders at all levels in the organisation
- Highly collaborative, self-motivated, multi-tasking, and organised individual
