**If you're at the start of your Technical career in construction or have forged a path on site already but have been thinking about moving into the Technical department, then I'd like to speak to you about a Junior/Assistant Technical Coordinatorrole for a Manchester based housebuilder who have a proven track record of developing the careers of young construction professionals.**

You'd be joining a growing business, one who're doing it the right way and one who will be offering you the support to learn on the job with help via their Development Director and existing members of staff with the likelihood of a Design Manager joininglater in the year/early next year.

Alot of their recent growth has been in specifically created positions in the office to make sure their site teams and the rest of the office-based positions can do their job to the best of the ability. You'd also be the first Assistant Technical Coordinatorinto the company along with around 6-7 'juniors or trainees' who've joined in the last 12 months so although it might seem daunting, this business has a proven track record of bringing in apprentices and juniors and training them up to be successful.

- Responsible for up to 15 live sites in and around the Greater Manchester area.
- Ideally, you will have a degree and will have worked in a similar role or will be looking to switch into the role from another area in construction - site, technical, commercial etc.
