Outpatients Administation Supervisor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of Outpatients Administration Supervisor at Victoria Hospital, Wimborne.

The role of the band 4 supervisor will provide line management supervision to the staff and function of the Outpatients administration team, whilst providing support to the Outpatient Service Manager. You should possess and develop a management style and team working culture that is commensurate with Dorset Healthcare's behaviours framework. Recognising that change can be challenging, especially at the current time, you would need to possess excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others.

Employment in this post requires a Standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which the Trust will cover the cost of.
