A great opportunity has become available for a reliable and skilled **Painter / Decorator **to join a dynamic regional company recognised for developing and training its staff to succeed in their roles. Based in **Woking**, you will join them on a **full-time, permanent basis,** and in return, you will receive a **competitive salary of £31,000 - £32,000 per annum and excellent benefits.**

**Key responsibilities as thePainter / Decorator will include**:

- Diagnosing and rectifying faults within core and other trades related repair requests
- Responding swiftly to all emergency situations and resolving them efficiently
- Keeping the customer up to date with progress and plans
- Undertaking all work efficiently and cost-effectively, minimising non-productive time where possible and reporting any difficulties encountered to the Resource Controller and /or Supervisor
- Being willing to work out of hours, if required, to the requirements of the client and customer
- Being an inclusive part of the team and be part of an on-call rota (Out of Hours)

**What our client are looking for in their Painter / Decorator**:

- NVQ level 2 in Painting and Decorating or equivalent
- Full current driving licence
- Over 5 years trade experience, ideally in the residential repairs sector
- Have knowledge of residential Building Regulations
- Plastering experience is essential
- Be able to silicon to a good standard
