Caretaker/maintenance

We are a property management company based in Wadebridge servicing over 120 holidays homes, with properties in Tintagel, Port Isaac, Polzeath, Rock, Padstow & surrounding areas.

We are currently looking for a caretaker 2-3 days a week to include Saturdays and occasional call out cover, to carry out changeover checks, general maintenance/repairs and some essential works.
- Basic knowledge of holiday home requirements in relation to TV, Heating, Wi-Fi, Smart Appliances etc).
- To advise the area manager when the need arises for repairs and maintenance to the premises and furnishings.
- Have the knowledge and ability to use hand tools while carrying out general maintenance tasks.
- The ability to time keep when carrying out checks and report and log issues making 'on the job' repairs where necessary.
- Occasional out of hours call outs on rota basis and occasional Sundays caretaking required.
- Own vehicle required, fuel allowance if own vehicle is used.
- Knowledge of the local areas essential.
- Uniform supplied.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week
