Support Worker

As a Support Worker, you will be key in supporting adult’s with complex needs within their own home and within the community. We are looking for positive, compassionate, and caring support workers who have the right values and attitude to grow and developwith Gray healthcare.

**Job Introduction**
I am a young man who is looking for a team of support workers that can support me to live in my own home and learn the skills that I need to become independent. I need you to be enthusiastic with a positive outlook and effectively use proactive strategiesto help me stay safe.

I require a skilled communicator who can interpret my nonverbal communication.

I need my team to be understanding and non-judgemental so I can be supported to manage my needs, develop good routines and build positive trusting relationships

I have a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder and I am looking for a team of support workers with boundless energy to support me to live in my new home.

I enjoy being outdoors, whatever the weather, therefore need carers who are willing to engage in this with me. When indoors I like listening to music and watching TV.

It would be exciting to learn about new opportunities that are available for me, I need people that can guide and explore these with me.
