We are looking for great people to join our fantastic teams supporting adults with learning disabilities in their own homes in Newbury.

We have a part time post (15 hrs per week) for **weekends only.**

You will be working in people’s homes, so it’s important you can connect, share interests and be interested. They enjoy shopping trips, popping out for coffee, planning and going on holidays and days out, Music and swimming. They are also members of a local activities project.

If you have an interest in any of these or other activities and hobbies you feel would make a difference to the lives of the people we support in Newbury and you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support _with_ and _alongside_ people, then this is the place for you.
