Calling all Level 3 Qualified Nursery Staff

Protocol Education are working with a nursery in Boston who are looking for Learning Support Assistants for their early years classroom for the summer term, starting in April until the end of the academic year.

Are you a dedicated and passionate Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner or a Level 3 qualified Learning Support Assistant, or even if you are unqualified and have teaching assistant experience, looking for exciting opportunities to showcase your skills and make a real difference in children's lives? **Your Role**: As a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing the development and well-being of children aged 0-5 years. Your responsibilities may include:

- Creating engaging and stimulating learning environments
- Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Observing and assessing children's progress
- Ensuring the health and safety of all children in your care

**Requirements**:

- Level 3 Early Years Qualification (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Genuine passion for working with children
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
