We’re searching for a Junior Agile Coach to join our team and help us make this happen.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Educating employee at all levels on Agile principles, providing them with the tools to implement the process.
- Developing and delivering training sessions that leads toward the organisation-wide adoption of Agile methodologies.
- Acting as a mentor, guiding teams into the Agile methodology by providing employees with feedback and means of improvement, catalysing organisational growth and answering questions.
- Providing hands-on support to all employees on Agile tools, methods and ceremonies, collaborating with peple across widely varying levels and roles, leading teams toward further understanding and adoption of Agile.
- Designing the strategy for the organisational adoption of Agile including every stage of adoption (introduction, education and fostering teams and culture that practice Agile and continuous improvement).
- Lead by example and collaborate effectively to implement Agile processes, practices and principles across all levels and department.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent leadership, communication and influencing skills
- Advocate for the adoption of Agile and able to positively assert the need for adherence to Agile processes whilst demonstrating enthusiasm for Agile practices and their benefits
- Change and transformation experience, preferably as a senior manager or director from a consultancy or professional interim transformation background
- Delivered large scale complex business, technology delivery programming experience
- Demonstrable proficiency in relevant programme languages and methodologies
- Evidence thorough understanding Agile concepts, particularly in SAFe, Scaled Agile Frameworks, Kanban, XP
- Possessing prior experience coaching teams in Agile adoption as coach or as a Scrum Master
