**Salary**: Actual salary: £21,440 - £22,138 per annum (OGAT Grade 5 SCP 9-11, FTE £26,409 - £27,269) **Job type**: Part Time, Permanent **Start date**: ASAP 17 March 2025 **Job overview**: **35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7.30am - 3.00pm** **Term time only + 5 days** Outwood Academy Easingwold is looking to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic and inspirational Classroom Supervisor to join our Ofsted Outstanding Academy. Classroom Supervisors work under the guidance of teaching staff and within an agreed system of supervision, to implement work programmes with individuals/groups in or out of the classroom including the supervision of whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers. The post would ideally suit an individual either already experienced in cover supervision or with no experience in a school setting i.e you may be considering a teaching career, have experience of managing groups of secondary aged pupils: sports coaches, youth workers, guides and scouts etc. If you have the integrity, imagination and energy for this rewarding role (which has the added benefit of term time only working giving you the school holidays off) this is a fantastic opportunity for you to really make a difference to the lives of young people.
