Our client is a specialist automotive insurance company based in Warwick. Due to continued growth and success across their business, the team require the support of additional Customer Services Advisors. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, outgoing and customer orientated individual looking for a career working with people within a collaborative office environment amongst a friendly and supportive team.

Main Responsibilities:

- Handling customer enquiries efficiently and reliably.
- Record all information taken from phone calls onto the internal CRM system.
- Act as an ambassador for the customer base by providing a high quality service at all times.
- Calling existing customers to respond to open cases regarding their policy or to provide them with updates.
- Be knowledgeable on the business and services available to the customers in order to advise appropriately.
- Support new starters with Induction and training.
- Maintain and achieve all department and personal KPI’s, objectives and customer satisfaction measures.
- General daily administration duties.

Key Skills & Experience:

- Ability to multitask.
- Excellent time management with strong attention to detail.
- Pro-active individual with strong communication skills.
- Ability to positively influence and build effective relationships.
- Strong problem solving and organisation skills.
- Previous experience using a CRM system is highly desirable, but not essential.
