Your job will be to ensure we have the people we need, when we need them, by providing a highly effective recruitment service to hiring managers across FCDO Services. This will involve designing and delivering cost-effective recruitment campaigns and planning a wide range of recruitment activities, as well as monitoring and analysing recruitment performance on an ongoing basis. You will also provide advice on a wide range of recruitment issues, from advertising spend to selection procedures.

Use expertise in advertising, selection and more

This role calls for a wide range of recruitment know-how, including a good understanding of recruitment advertising methods, applicant tracking systems, psychometric testing and interviewing techniques. You will also need knowledge of recruitment legislation. A confident and persuasive communicator, with excellent organisation and planning skills, you will be able to manage multiple campaigns while maintaining great relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
