**About the Role**

De Parys is a three storey Victorian House in Bedford providing a residential service for individuals with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. Support is tailored to the specific needs, goals and aspirations so each individual can live a meaningfullife with their local community.

Offering a therapeutic, supportive setting, the team at De Parys are caring and attentive. Person centred support plans are regularly updated as needs change or goals are achieved. Individuals are always encouraged to try new activities of interest and toreach their full potential at their own pace.

To join us, you’ll need to have plenty of experience working with individuals with learning disabilities or complex behaviours. An NVQ 3 in Health & Social Care is desirable, as is a good knowledge of relevant H&S regulations. You’ll certainly have strongleadership, interpersonal and communication skills. Confident, flexible and efficient, you’re happy to work on a shift basis, and, where required, to be on call. Above all, you’ll be committed to providing person-centred care that gives real equality of opportunityto all those you’re working for.
