**What will you be doing?**

Main responsibilities of the role include:

- Estimating repairs required together with the time to be allowed, materials and parts required for repairs and explain work required, to customers and to insurance and other assessors in an efficient, pleasant, courteous and professional manner.
- Making efficient use of all modern estimating methods and work in line with approved times set by Thatcham and/or other authorised repair times.
- Assisting in the correct evaluation and justification of bodywork warranty claims and providing comprehensive explanations thereof.
- Ensuring jobs are fairly and correctly allocated to Panel Beaters, Painters and other staff.
- Providing an excellent customer experience through an outstanding level of finish and repair quality.

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 17:30pm.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Hold an ATA or equivalent qualification
- Have experience in Audatex
- Possess a minimum of 3 years experience in an accident repair setting
- Demonstrate a full understanding of repair methodology
- Show a methodical approach to their workload and good time management skills
- Have a positive can-do attitude and team player mentality
- Demonstrate the ability to work to a high level of accuracy
- Possess excellent communication skills

Experience in using Autoflow Management Systems as well as Kerridge would be advantageous for this role.
