**Job Title: Children's Support Worker - weekends**

**Location: Lincoln**

**Hours: Days - 12**

**Salary: £12.00 ph**

**PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MUST BE A DRIVER WITH YOUR OWN VEHICLE FOR THIS ROLE.**

As a children's support worker you will be required to support children with learning difficulties, autism and complex needs in a residential setting.

Duties include but not limited to:

- Assisting children with daily tasks
- Promoting independence
- Accurate record keeping
- Safeguarding children at all times
- Creating and maintaining positive relationships with the children
- Meeting the physical, emotional, behavioural and cultural needs of the children
- Housekeeping duties
- Accompanying the children on day trips

You do not need experience as a children's support worker as we can provide full training but experience of working with children is advantageous.
