Due to expansion, we are looking for already competent Dispatch Operative to join a friendly, busy team in an established manufacturing company in a varied role, based in Aldershot.

**Main Dispatch Operative Duties will include**:

- Daily packing and despatch of finished goods using carrier booking on system ensuring paperwork is accurately matched to goods and system.
- Packing and sending information to sales dept for export orders
- Preparing packing lists for customers as and when required
- Forklift safety checks
- Receiving goods into factory, ensuring all paperwork is accurate (supplier assessment form) Quality control on all goods received in/raw materials/finished goods
- Liaise with Production Manager & General Manager to ensure customers’ requests are met
- Stock control - stock check of raw materials/batch number recording/finished goods
- Stock counts on ad hoc basis
- Label printing for orders & sign off work completed from stock
- Carry out any other reasonable functions as required to satisfy customer’s orders
- Achieve daily output targets

**General duties**:

- Ensure work area is clean and tidy
- Always work within the guidelines of health and safety policy
- Work as part of a team to ensure customers’ requirements are met
- Be prepared to work in a varied role depending on customers’ requests
- Carry out any other reasonable functions as per required by management
