SEND Tutor
Are you an experienced SEND professional looking for flexible work?
A succesful candiate will have
*experience of using alternative communication systems such as PECS, makaton or augmentive communication systems
- be able to work directly with families of children with SEND to provide bespoke support to them at home
- ability to plan and deliver 1:1 tuition sessions
- working knowledge of national curriculum and how to adapt this to meet the needs of learners with SEND
*ability to develop students' readiness
*ability to engage in play based activities and work tasks
*able to support positive behaviour stategies
*experience in supporting students in the community
*patient and child-centered professional

**Job Type**: Freelance
**Salary**: £20.00-£32.00 per hour
**Education**:
- A-Level or equivalent (required)
**Experience**:
- Teaching: 2 years (preferred)
- Tutoring: 1 year (preferred)
- Special needs teaching or support: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- DBS (required)
Shift availability:
- Day shift (preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 100% (required)
