**JOB ADVERT - EXPERIENCED, SELF -EMPLOYED WILL WRITER**

Swansea Legal Solutions is looking for a self-employed will writer to work with our existing team to develop and implement a will writing service to clients. **(PLEASE NOTE THE SALARY INDICATED IN THIS ADVERT REPRESENTS THE POTENTIAL EARNINGS OF A SELF-EMPLOYED WILL WRITER ON A COMMISSION ONLY (50%) SCHEME).**

This is a commission-only role and is ideal for an experienced legal person, IFA or accountant looking to earn additional income.

We are currently seeking an experienced and self-motivated Self-Employed Will Writer to join our team at Swansea Legal Solutions. As a key member of our firm, you will have the opportunity to work independently while representing our brand and upholding our commitment to professionalism and client-centric service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop leads and meet with clients to discuss their estate planning needs and preferences
- Provide expert advice and guidance on will drafting, estate administration, and related legal matters
- Draft clear, accurate, and legally sound wills and other estate planning documents in accordance with client instructions and legal requirements
- Ensure all client interactions and document preparation adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards
- Maintain accurate records of client consultations, instructions, and document revisions
- Collaborate with other members of our team as needed to ensure seamless service delivery
- Stay informed about changes in estate planning laws and regulations to provide clients with up-to-date advice and guidance
- Represent Swansea Legal Solutions professionally and ethically at all times, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality

**Requirements**:

- A minimum 5 years’ experience as a Will Writer or Estate Planning Consultant, with a strong track record of success in drafting wills and related documents
- Excellent knowledge of estate planning laws, regulations, and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively
- Membership in relevant professional associations or accreditation (e.g., Society of Will Writers) preferred
- Access to reliable transportation for client meetings as needed
