We are looking for an Executive Assistant to Director, to join a dynamic team of people working to create and build community in Stokes Croft and across the city of Bristol.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the Charity Director with all aspects of their day to day roles across several social enterprises.
- Event planning for key events in the charity calendar
- Represent LoveBristol at events organised outside of the charity
- Attending meetings, taking minutes, maintaining confidentiality at all times
- Producing reports, presentations and managing key information - good working knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Docs
- Maintaining and setting up key milestones for Team and Charity
- HR processes - creating job adverts, filtering applicants, arranging and conducting interviews, communication with applicants.
- Diary management
- Project work depending on the needs of the charity
- Oversight for Safeguarding and Social Enterpise compliance

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £24,000.00 per year
