**Junior Marketing Assistant | Hybrid Role | Knutsford**

**Direct Report: Head of Marketing & Commercial Operations**

**Salary: 23,810.40 to £25,000 per annum**

We are seeking a Marketing Administrator to provide essential administrative and coordination support to the marketing team, and the wider operational team. This role ensures the smooth execution of marketing activities, maintains accurate records, and supports campaign developments, events, and communications that contribute to the organisation’s growth and brand presence.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Administrative Support**
- Maintain marketing databases, contact lists, and content libraries.

**Content Creation**
- Creating, proofreading, and distributing marketing materials.
- Uploading and updating content on websites and Knowledge Base systems.
- Managing and scheduling social media posts.
- Ensuring brand consistency across all channels and platforms.

**Campaign Support**
- Assist in the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.

**Mailbox Management**
- Monitor thededicated mailbox
- Ensure adviser queries are responded to or escalated appropriately

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Previous experience in marketing administration or a similar role.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as CRM systems, CMS platforms, and social media schedulers (e.g., HubSpot, WordPress, Hootsuite).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
