As we expand our service portfolio, we're searching for a Xero Systems Specialist Consultant who is not only technically proficient but also possesses excellent communication skills.

We're seeking a Xero Systems Specialist Consultant to spearhead the integration of Xero with an array of ERP and inventory management systems like Cin7 Core, Dear, Unleashed, and Katana. The role demands expertise adjusting Xero configurations to work seamlessly with platforms such as A2X, LinkMyBooks, Satago, Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento. This position involves partnering with accounting firms and liaising with internal management teams to develop streamlined solutions that enhance our client's financial management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the technical integration of Xero with various ERP and inventory management systems.
- Tailor Xero configurations to complement a range of systems and e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure the accurate representation of inventory data, financial transactions, and COGS in Xero.
- Perform analysis to refine and improve financial reporting and operational processes within Xero.
- Develop clear and detailed process documentation for system integrations.
- Remain up-to-date with the latest Xero integrations and features.
- Facilitate engaging training sessions and provide ongoing support to clients.
- Collaborate effectively with external partners and internal teams to deliver cohesive system solutions.
- Continually assess and endorse new enhancements within the Xero ecosystem to improve client systems.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience with Xero and its integration with ERP and inventory management systems.
- Knowledge of financial reporting as it pertains to inventory within Xero.
- Skilled in system analysis, process mapping, and setting up complex accounting workflows.
- A problem-solving mindset aimed at streamlining accounting processes.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for delivering training and demonstrations.
- A proactive approach to staying informed on the latest technologies in accounting, ERP, and inventory management.
- Organisational skills to juggle multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail.
- A collaborative nature, capable of building effective partnerships for optimal system integrations.
- Driving Licence
