We are looking for versatile and clear communicators who are comfortable operating on the phones, capable of offering excellent customer service. If this sounds like the role for you, click **APPLY NOW The Role** - Providing verbal assistance and support to existing customersrelating to their motor insurance. - Processing policy adjustments including change of vehicle / address / driver. - Completing administrative tasks accurately and efficiently. - Providing a constantly high standard of customer service, and complying with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) requirements (full training and support will be provided from our in-house training academy) - Working as part of the motor team, in a fast paced environment, with a focus on building customer loyalty and delivering exceptional levels of customer service. **Required** - Clear & Concise comminicator. - Confident with basic administration and data entry. - Capable of handling requests and complaints. - Good team player. - Capable of working autonomously through daily workload. - Intermediate IT Skills If this sounds like the role for you, click **APPLY NOW
