**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Design and implement innovative visual merchandising strategies that attract customers and promote products effectively.
- Create compelling displays using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator, Sketchup, and AutoCAD, to bring concepts to life.
- Regularly assess and update visual displays to maintain freshness and relevance in accordance with seasonal trends and promotional events.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand product offerings and customer preferences, ensuring displays are tailored to target audiences.
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines for display installations and updates.
- Communicate clearly with team members regarding project requirements, timelines, and expectations.
- Organise inventory for display purposes, ensuring all materials are readily available for use.
- Sell ideas through presentations of visual concepts to stakeholders.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in visual merchandising or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including Adobe Illustrator) is essential; knowledge of Sketchup and AutoCAD is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective collaboration with team members.
- Highly organised with an eye for detail; able to maintain high standards in visual presentation.
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box when developing merchandising strategies.
- Familiarity with Node.js is a plus but not mandatory.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £22,880.00-£37,841.86 per year
