JOB TITLE: Senior Commercial Property Solicitor

THE ROLE:
The successful Senior Commercial Property Solicitor will be responsible for the existing high-profile clients of the firm, with a particular focus on retail and investment sectors as well as winning new business and implementation of business development strategy.You will manage all aspects of commercial property transactions, including sale, purchase and letting of both freehold and leasehold properties, and work as part of the wider team to deliver on agreed targets and transactions and supporting colleagues as required.As a senior member of the team, you will be taking part in departmental meetings, reviews and any other meetings as required. This opportunity is being offered on a full-time basis with hybrid working available (with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
THE CANDIDATE:
The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will be at least 10 years’ PQE, be a strong team player with a motivational, hands-on approach. You will be set challenging, yet realistic key performance indicators in order to progress to become Partner in 12-24months. You will possess excellent, innovative and effective business development skills and a sound knowledge of all commercial property procedures. The ability to meet demanding deadlines is essential whilst offering a measured, rational and commerciallyfocussed approach to problem solving.
