Join a skilled, hardworking and close-knit team who continually exceed industry standards for customer satisfaction. **About the role** Working within the IT Operations division as our Technical Specialist, you will bring expertise and specialism in Office 365 providing first class 3rd line, ITIL aligned support and project work while also helping shape strategy. You’ll work amongst an experienced and motivated group of technicians across various disciplines and levels, demonstrating expertise across several Office 365 solutions such as Exchange Online, Azure Active Directory and Intune. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Designing architecture with Microsoft messaging and cloud technologies that meets technical, security, and business needs for apps/workloads. - Support the delivery of large scale End User Compute and Delivery programs across the various EUC technologies such as Mobility, Office365, SBO, Teams, Identity Management. - Represent the Office 365 platform in Change, Problem, and Incident Management and act as a liaison on strategic projects as assigned, as well as perform capacity management. - Delivery of 3rd line operational support for IT services including on-call cover for our 24/7 business - Identify training needs and opportunities to ensure the organization is able to effectively manage and utilize technologies **About you** You will be experienced in 3rd line support of Microsoft 365 including designing, managing and maintaining InTune. Skilled in Office 365 Security, Compliance and Protection as well as Office 365 Groups / Teams using automation / scripting with Powershell, Flow, PowerApps, etc... You can also demonstrate experience in the support and administration of Microsoft Azure Active Directory including AD synchronization (AD connect).
