Junior Estimator

We are looking for an Estimator to join our busy and successful business in Pulham, Dorset. The job is a full time (40 hours) contract and working week days, 8.30am - 5pm.

Daily duties will include but not limited to:

- Provide accurate and comprehensive estimates for all projects.
- Produce quick model drawings for estimating purposes.
- Preparation of tender documents.
- Understand the clients enquiry documents / bill of quantities to fully ascertain the requirements of the tender and ensure all bid submissions are compliant.
- Liaise with the site operations department to ensure the tender is logístically site compliant.
- Liaise with production department to ensure the tender manufacturing capabilities are compliant.
- Liaise and negotiate with sub trades to receive competitive prices.
- Maintaining a good understanding of market rates.
