Responsibilities/duties will include but are not limited to:

- Creating and sending sales invoices and statements
- Credit control
- Processing receipts
- Bank reconciliations
- Staff expenses and credit card claims
- Vat return
- Process purchase invoices
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Assist on Hires and sales when required
- Follow purchase order procedures through to recording deliveries
- Resolving queries
- Previous experience of accounts or finance based roles, preferably gained within a busy office environment.
- Competent with Sage 50 posting and reporting
- should be confident in their manner and be comfortable with a hectic and sometimes challenging work schedule.
- must be able to multi-task, and in addition, be able to demonstrate a high level of organisation.

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
