**Job Title**:Senior Residential Practitioner - Children's Home
**Where you will be based**:Walkden, Manchester
**The Service Users**:Children aged 7 to 17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Mild Learning Difficulties

**Working Week and Pay**:
- **Hours**:Condensed shifts of two days on, four days off.
- **Sleeps**:Included in the condensed shift pattern
- **Salary**:Base £27,144 OR £36,192 + Approx 6 to 8 Sleeps per Month paid at £52 per sleep. Total take-home upto £41,184pa

**What you will need/None-Negotiables**:
- **Qualifications**:Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or Level 3 Children & Young People Workforce Diploma with social care pathway. (Level 3 Diploma in Adult social care may be considered if work experience with children can be demonstrated)
- **Experience**:Ideally experience in the Residential Children's Services sector or similar setting working with children with challenging behaviour.
- **Driving Licence**:Required
- **Fluent in English**:Speaking and also the ability to understand different UK dialects.
- **Min Age**:22/23
