**Trainee Assistant Producer**

**As TV Assistant Producer, you will**:

- Support and work alongside the Production teams to forward plan and help prepare TV shows with primary focus on live output.
- Research and collect product information for Producers and Presenters to help them promote maximum versatility and potential of product.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to be able to work closely and effectively with all production departments and buying teams.
- Compile and complete video cue sheets and ensure these are available well in advance of shows.
- Have the ability to use your own initiative to prioritise tasks and react to the fast-paced environment of live TV production.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- A keen and creative mind
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to a fast paced and ever-changing creative environment
- Preferably a Degree level qualification, Theatre Studies, Media techniques or equivalent work experience

Due to the nature of what you do you will be happy to work on a shift basis, working on average 3 1/2 days per week including weekends and bank holidays.
